Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 5:00PM Pacific Standard Time will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you byClass7training or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. We offer a 15 day Money-Back guarantee on all training products.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Taxes
Class7Training will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California (7.25%). For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Privacy – Information Collection & Use
Class7Training collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.
Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Communications from the Site
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, information notices about proposed regulatory changes affecting radioactive material transportation. You can sign up for these emails from us on our registration page. If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form.
